Do you use OEM parts?
When Apple, Samsung, or Google assemblies are available through authorized distributors, we stock them. For models where OEM kits aren�t sold, we source premium aftermarket assemblies that we�ve tested for brightness and touch. You�ll know which option you�re getting before we start.
Will Face ID or Touch ID still work?
Yes�those sensors are moved from your original display to the new one. If water damage or prior repairs already broke the sensor, we�ll flag it during intake.
What if I cracked the back glass too?
We can laser-remove broken back glass the same visit. Ask about our screen + back glass bundle pricing to save on labor.
Do you service in-home?
For businesses, schools, salons, and public venues within our service corridor we can send the mobile repair van. Residential visits are limited and must be scheduled in advance with a dispatch fee. Learn more on our mobile concierge page.
What if there�s board damage or the phone won�t power on?
If the device fails our diagnostics after the screen swap, it likely needs board-level micro-soldering. We�ll refer you to our partner lab and walk you through costs before you decide.
