Damaged Device Price Cuts

Damaged phones are still worth something — we buy them for parts. But damage does affect what we can offer. Here's how we generally adjust the price based on condition:

Cracked Screen
A cracked screen reduces the value by roughly half, as the display assembly is often the most expensive part to replace or harvest.
75%
Body Damage
Bent frames, broken housings, or significant cosmetic damage that affects the structural integrity of the device results in a larger deduction.
85%
Heavy / Multiple Issues
Devices with multiple problems — cracked screen, body damage, water damage, non-functional components — see the steepest price reductions.

Straight Talk — No Surprises: We buy phones for parts only. We are not paying retail or trade-in value. Our prices reflect the salvage and parts value of the device — not what you'd get selling privately or trading in at a carrier store. If your phone works perfectly as your daily driver, you're probably better off keeping it or selling it privately. We're looking for phones you're replacing, upgrading from, or devices that are broken, damaged, or non-functional. Bring it in and we'll give you an honest quote with zero obligation.

How It Works

What to Expect

Selling your phone to us is fast and painless. Here's the whole process from start to finish:

Step 01
Walk In
No appointment needed. Just walk in to 285 Flea Mart, Suite J-3 during business hours with your device. We're open Sunday and Monday 12–5pm, Wednesday through Thursday 11am–6pm, and Friday through Saturday 11am–7pm. Closed Tuesdays.
Step 02
Get a Quote
We'll inspect your device on the spot — check the screen, power it on, test basic functions, and assess condition. In most cases we can give you a quote in just a few minutes. No waiting, no leaving your phone overnight.
Step 03
Accept or Walk Away
The quote is zero-obligation. If you like the number, great — we'll handle the transaction right then and there. If you'd rather hold onto the device or try to sell it elsewhere, no pressure and no hard feelings. We want you to be happy with the deal.
Step 04
Get Paid
Once you accept the offer, we pay you on the spot. Before handing over your device, make sure you've backed up your data and performed a factory reset to wipe your personal information. If you need help with that, just ask — we're happy to assist.
