7 days from date of purchase for exchanges or store credit on unused, unopened phone cases and accessories in original condition with receipt.
What We Accept
- Unused phone cases and accessories in original packaging
- Items with original tags attached and in original condition
- Purchases with original receipt or proof of purchase
- Items returned within 7 days of purchase date
What We Do Not Accept
- Used, worn, or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after 7 days from purchase date
- Screen protectors that have been removed from packaging
- Earbuds, headphones, or audio items that have been opened and used
- Special order or custom items
- Sale or clearance items marked final sale
Exchange Policy
We gladly exchange items for a different size, color, or style within 7 days of purchase. If the item you want costs more than the original purchase, you pay the difference. If it costs less, you receive store credit for the difference.
Phone Repair Services
All completed repairs are covered by our warranty. If an issue arises related to the repair work we performed, bring your device back and we will make it right at no additional charge.
Warranty Coverage
- Parts and labor on all completed repairs
- Defective parts replaced at no charge
- Same repair issue returning after completed service
- Workmanship defects related to the repair performed
Warranty Does Not Cover
- New damage unrelated to the original repair
- Water damage occurring after repair completion
- Physical damage, drops, or accidental damage after repair
- Software issues unrelated to hardware repair performed
- Issues caused by unauthorized modifications after our repair
Diagnostic Fee Policy
Visual inspection is always free. A $25 diagnostic fee applies when a device must be physically opened to identify the issue or demonstrate a failing part, and one of the following occurs: the repair cannot be completed, the customer declines the repair, the customer decides not to proceed after receiving the quote, or a part must be ordered and the customer chooses not to wait. This fee covers the time and labor involved in the diagnostic process.
